If you’re new to Systeme.io, this section will walk you through the dashboard and explain what each tab is for. I’ll even include a few simple examples to help break down the parts that might seem a little more complex.

Systeme.io Overview

Sign up - Signing up is super simple — and totally FREE. No credit card required. All you need is an email. Once you sign up, you’ll get a confirmation email, and after you confirm, you’re good to go.

Systeme io - Review

We'll go through each of the tabs on top one by one. (Each tab has a drop down menu)

Upgrade - Here you can upgrade your plan, but if you're just starting out, the free plan will be more than enough for a while.

📊Dashboard

Main Dashboard - Has a clean look. You can see the leads you've collected for your business and filter through the dates.

Affiliate Dashboard - If you become an affiliate for Systeme.io, you can see your earnings, paid commissions, your Systeme.io affiliate link and the leads that signed up through you.

Student Dashboard - If you buy any courses through Systeme.io, they'll show up here. Not just Systeme.io's own courses, but also courses from other creators using the platform to host them.

Marketplace - Find offers to promote as an affiliate.

🤝CRM - (Customer Relationship Management)

Contacts - You can see the leads you've collected here.

Tags - You can create tags (labels) to categorize your contacts.

  • Example: If a customer buys something from you, you can create a tag to label them as a "Paid Customer" so you know where they stand. You can also automate this tagging process using "automation rules," which we'll look at a little later in this article.

Pipelines - Map out your customer's journey. This helps you see what stage they're in  whether its "new lead," "made contact," "booked a call," "closed the deal," etc. You can update this manually or automate it using rules.

Calendar

1. Events - Create events, and connect Zoom to host them, or use an external link if you're using a different platform.

2. Booking - View all the appointments you currently have scheduled with customers.

3. Availability - Choose the days and times you're available so people can book appointments with you.

🌐Websites

BlogsCreate articles and drive traffic to your blog through SEO.

Sales FunnelsThese are two-page websites that guide people in a linear process from discovering your product to purchasing it. (I love this one — very powerful tool!)

Digital StoresIf you’ve heard of Stan Store or Linktree, this is very similar. You can create a page with links to digital downloads, online courses, affiliate links, or opt-in pages so people can sign up for your newsletter. This feature is super cool because unlike Linktree, which is just a link aggregator, Systeme.io’s digital store lets you connect everything to your funnels and email campaigns.

📧Emails

Newsletters – You can send out emails in real time.

Campaigns – Set up a series of emails for a specific group of subscribers to inform, promote, build trust, or make sales.

Statistics – View important data like open rates, click-through rates, deliverability, and more.

🤖Automations

Rules – This is where you get to streamline your business: “If this happens, do that.”

Examples:

  • If a customer makes a purchase, send them this email.

  • If a customer opens an email, subscribe them to this campaign.

With the free plan, you only get access to ONE automation rule, which sucks — because these rules help automate your entire business. But hey, it’s free, so it’s understandable.🤷🏻‍♀️

Workflow – This is similar to an email campaign, but more advanced.

You can:

  • Set up multiple campaigns.

  • Add delays between steps.

  • Send people down different paths based on what they do (like if they click a link or don’t open an email).

This tool is super powerful once you’re ready to automate more than just the basics.

💼Assets

Physical Products – You can set up a page to sell a physical product and customize things like size, color, price, tax, etc. Once a customer places an order, it’s your responsibility to ship it. (In your Systeme.io settings, you can create shipping services to help calculate costs based on carriers, delivery address, and product weight.)

Coupons – Create discount codes that customers can apply at checkout to get a reduced price on your products or services.

Courses – Create your own courses or course bundles. You can also view info about your students directly within the platform.

Communities – Build your own online community.

Files – Upload files or images from your computer to Systeme.io so you can easily access them when building your websites or pages.

💰Sales

Orders – View your customers’ orders and filter them by product type, date, status, etc.

Transactions – See your customers’ transactions, including any refunds.

Subscriptions – Set up payment plans for your digital products or memberships so customers can access your content on a recurring basis.

Affiliate Invoices – If you’ve set up your own affiliate program through Systeme.io, this is where you can view your affiliates’ sales and the payments you’ve made to them.

My Affiliate Program – View your affiliate dashboard, your affiliates, their leads, sales, and commissions.

❓Help

Find help pages, video tutorials, and get customer support for navigating through Systeme.io’s platform.

🔔Notification Bell

This is where you’ll get all your notifications for any activity that happens in your Systeme.io account.

👤Profile Photo

When you click your profile photo in the top right corner, it’ll take you to your settings. From there, you can manage everything like integrations, payment gateways, subscriptions, and more.
